最近は作成済の binary が利用出来ます。

ftp.ki.nu mirror (always recent): ftp://ftp.ki.nu/pub/NetBSD-daily/HEAD/arch/ofppc

ただし 2007/11 の時点の(藤原の) 理解として、ofppc の release(8) には ofwboot が含まれていないので、それだけのために ./build.sh する必要がある(と思います)

release(8)を作るには次のようにする

cd /usr/src time sudo ./build.sh -m ofppc -a powerpc release >& release-log

具体的には、
